Hi, I’m Emily. My husband and I live in Pasadena (my hometown) with our 3 beautiful boys and our rescue dog, Nana. When I am not working with fellow moms and their families, I am home raising my babies or spending quality time with friends and family. I am fortunate to have so many of my loved ones very close by and I try to soak up as many moments as I can. I do my best to stay humble and keep life simple.
My journey to becoming a doula began after I witnessed the birth of my baby sister. I was lucky enough to have a mom that wanted me to be a part of this life changing experience, and, when my brother was born 4 years later, I was able to catch him as he made his Earthside debut. I was in awe of how miraculous it all was. I gained so much appreciation for our bodies and for how divine our womanly design truly is. I was enamored with birth and all things baby, so it was only fitting that I made my way to birth work after having babies of my own.
As a certified birth and postpartum doula, trained in lactation education and counseling, it is my goal to provide compassionate, well-rounded, perinatal support to my clients and their families. I strive to be the best advocate, cheerleader, and oftentimes, friend that mamas need in birth and beyond.
