Kristen has been a certified childbirth educator and doula since 2018. She is incredibly passionate about helping families get the education and support they are craving during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Additionally, Kristen recently obtained her breastfeeding specialist certificate, and plans to sit for the IBCLC exam in 2027 for her lactation consultant license. Prior to getting into birth work, she attended Notre Dame of Maryland University, where she studied biology and graduated with high honors. Kristen lives in Bowie with her husband, two children, and German Shepherd.
